    Hello :)

    I'm Bernice, a third-year computer engineering student at McMaster. I'm also a part of the engineering society program, which is pretty cool because it allows me to blend my technical engineering courses with some liberal arts and random electives (while stretching my degree to 5 years - but thatā€™s okay). I always try to learn beyond my own discipline. In reality, knowledge is this interconnected web, and it doesn't neatly fit into distinct 'disciplines.'

    Now, let's chat about my passion ā€“ sustainability and tackling climate change. I love finding ways to fuse engineering with sustainability, which is why I jumped at the chance to join the McMaster EcoCar project. On top of that, I enrolled in a field trip course focused on preventative engineering and sustainability. It's seriously inspiring to witness fellow Canadians taking proactive steps toward sustainability! šŸŒ±šŸŒ
